| The AGROSTONE slabs coming from the sawing of blocks, are transformed into finished products through the following sequential processing phases: calibration, honing, polishing, cutting to the desired sizes, perimetrical finishing, packing. The whole process is performed on the high-productive and extremely precise Breton automatic continuous lines. The LEVIBRETON AG/KFG calibrating - honing - polishing machines are capable of providing an excellent finish of the slab exposed face. These machines are equipped with one or more series of processing units, which come complete with scalar fine-grained abrasive tools and polishers. Every finished product can be differently treated to obtain the desired face finish: coarse-honed, fine-honed, mirror-polished, sand-blasted. |
